The Déhu’s style
Only the vintages are used in the wine making.
Our champagnes are made predominantly from the Pinot Meunier grapes,
which give pleasant and fruity aromas.
TRADITION : A champagne for every moment …
A
blending of 75% Pinot meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot noir and 20%
of reserve wine, which is ageing « sur lies » for a minimum
of 3 years.
A complex and fruity nose with a peach aroma are the characteristics
of this champagne which is the expression of the Déhu’s
style.
To be served for aperitif and buffet.
- Extra-Brut Tradition to be served mainly for aperitif, it is also suitable with oysters, shellfish/seafood selection
- Demi-sec Tradition to be served with desserts
GRANDE RESERVE BRUT : Result of a long bottle-ageing
The
result of a long bottle-ageing of a minimum of 5 years, which gives
the champagne its full bloom.
Pale yellow colour, fresh and harmonious.
Well developed aromas of lemon and croissants.
A fine sparkling appearance with an elegant , fragant flavour, fresh
and harmonious.
Attractive
vintage for aperitif and suitable with fish, grilled seafood and salmon.

ROSE PRESTIGE BRUT : Harmonious and fruity
The
result of an harmonious and fruity blending of white and red wines from
Champagne.
Intense pink, orange colour.
Subtle aromas of candies and strawberrysyrup.
Delicious
for aperitif, suitable with white meats and poultry, desserts containing
red fruits.

MILLESIME 1996 BRUT : Harmony and finesse
The result of the best years’ blending,
a very small part of our production.
The vintage 1996 is a champagne with a fine sparkling golden appearance,
fruity aromas, freshness and character.
Excellent for aperitif, and throughout a meal.

CUVEE LEON LHERMITTE : Elegance and refinement
Made as in days gone by, this champagne is the
result of a patient and delicate labour, crowning the elegance and the
prestige of the Déhu's name. This is a refined champagne
with character.
Pale gold colour. Woody nose with spicy and vegetal fragrances.
Aromas of exotic fruits and liquorice.
To be tasted among wine-lovers, to celebrate an event
or just for the pleasure.
