The
House "Déhu Père et Fils" is
firmly committed to a reasonnable management of their vineyards :
- the use of fertilisers is limited and mainly organic,
- the pruning favours the quality rather than the quantity,
- a protection which aims at the sanitary quality and the perfect maturity of the grapes.
Since 2002, Champagne "Déhu Père et Fils" have been member of FARRE (Forum de l’Agriculture Raisonnée et Respectueuse de l’Environnement), a Forum for a reasonnable farming, respecting the environment.
Traceability
of the grapes is one of Champagne Déhu's priorities.
